Here at Klinik Mediviron Puchong Avenue, we offer a comprehensive range of healthcare services and medical facilities provided by our approachable medical team. Our doctors are experienced in a broad range of general medical problems and provide treatment to all age groups. During consultations, the doctor spends adequate time to listen to you and understand your symptoms, take a detailed medical and family history and undertake a physical examination, if required.

  • The package is available in Klinik Mediviron Alam Impian.
  • Upon purchase the package, our staff will contact you to set an appointment as your preference.
  • The package is including doctor consultation service.
  • Refunds will not be provided for any purchased services/products. We do not provide any kind of credit, refunds or prorated billing for services/products that had been purchased in any circumstances.
  • This voucher is transferable but non refundable
  • Valid for 3 months duration from the date of purchase.
  • Management reserves the right to amend the vaccines without prior notice.
  • Email to info@mediviron-saimedic.com or call our clinic 03-5162 2621 for appointment.
  • Under any circumstances that you are unable to make it to your appointment, you may reschedule it to a later date within the validity period. Rescheduling must be made at least 1 week prior to original appointment date.
  • Proof of payment is needed upon registration. Bring along identification card/passport for registration.
